By airplane:
Fly directly to Palm Springs (PSP) via United, Alaska, Delta, Southwest, and other airlines.
You can also fly to Los Angeles (LAX) and drive to Palm Springs.
We recommend renting a car or taking Uber/Lyft to get around Palm Springs.
By automobile:
From the Bay Area: Interstate 5 is the fastest, yet least scenic, route to Southern California. Please allow at least 7 hours.
From Los Angeles: Take Interstate 10 west. We are incapable of estimating how long it will take.

November is one of the best months to enjoy this park’s beautiful hikes, weird rocks, and spiky plants. Approximately 1 hour drive to the North Visitor Center from Palm Springs.
